We pack every sculpture in reinforced packaging with foam inserts, corner protectors, and impact-resistant materials — especially for delicate carved pieces. In the rare event of transit damage, share photos with our WhatsApp team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement — no questions asked.
Can I get a custom-designed wall sculpture that doesn't exist in your catalog?

Can I get design mockups before placing a bulk wall sculpture order?
Yes. For project orders, we provide free digital mockups showing how selected sculptures will look on your client's walls — including accurate scale, proportions, and material rendering. For custom designs, we develop concept sketches before production begins. This helps you present options to clients confidently. Share wall photos and dimensions and we'll prepare mockups within 48 hours.
Is the wood in wall sculptures tested for formaldehyde?
Yes. The wood and any engineered wood components in our wall sculptures are specifically tested for formaldehyde emissions and VOC levels. Formaldehyde is commonly found in resins and adhesives used in wood products — it's classified as a carcinogen by European regulatory bodies. We don't use wood materials with untested resin content. Our materials are tested by Eurofins laboratories against international emission standards. This is especially important for large sculptures that bring significant surface area into your living space.
