Trade account questions, answered.
What if I don't have a GSTIN yet?
If you're a freelance designer under presumptive taxation we accept your PAN plus your CA's declaration — you'll sit at Bronze until you register. International applicants use the same form and give their local business registration number instead.
Does the trade discount stack with other offers?
Yes. It applies on top of product-level pricing such as the wallpaper roll offer, and the figure shown in your cart is what you actually save, tax included.
Can invoices be raised in my client's name?
No. Trade invoices are issued to your registered business and GSTIN — that is what makes the input-tax credit valid. Order on your account and re-invoice your client as part of your project bill.
What is the return policy on trade orders?
Standard returns on stocked art and unopened wallpaper rolls. Custom-cut wallpaper, non-standard frame sizes and calculator-priced pieces are made to order and not returnable — but anything damaged in transit is replaced, no debate.
