The range draws on the ornithological plates. There are the Ivory-billed Woodpecker, the Roseate Spoonbill, the Mississippi Kite and the Boat-tailed Grackle, plus seabird studies of guillemots and auks. Colours run warm and muted, with cream grounds, soft browns and the occasional flare of pink or red. Botanical detail sits behind most of the birds, so the prints read as natural history and as decoration at once.

These plates hang beautifully in sets. Three or four birds in matching frames make a strong run above a sideboard or along a stairwell. Single large prints work over a study desk or in a reading corner, where the fine engraved line rewards a closer look. The palette is gentle enough for pale walls and holds up against deep green or navy paint. Pair them with plain wood frames and a generous white mount for a museum feel, or go dark and slim for something more graphic.
