You can wipe it off with microfiber cloth or damp cloth with water and soft soap (shampoo). If your frame has canvas without glass, we recommend simply dust using a dry soft and fine brush. Refrain from using wood polish or cleaning sprays since this could potentially create moisture and possibly damage the artwork.
Dust your frames regularly to avoid the accumulation of dirt. If you want to disassemble the frame for an even more thorough cleaning, be sure to lay the various components onto a clean, dust-free towel or blanket. Make sure all components are completely dry before reassembly.

The images represent the actual products though the color of the image and product may slightly differ. The finish of frames using natural wood may look slightly different than pictured.
Material: You can choose between different print mediums (Glicee paper or Canvas) and 40+ framing options that you can see on the website. Any order above 18x24 inches is processed in pinewood since synthetic wood is not able to bear its load. Wherever applicable, acrylic glass is used instead of normal glass, for its ease of handling and recyclability.
Shipping time: It takes 3 business days to process the order as per your customization and shipping takes up to 5 to 7 business days. Bigger frames may take longer to ship and process, due to additional handling and care required to process such art pieces by hand.
How do I choose the right wall art size for my room?
A good rule of thumb is to cover 60–75% of the available wall width above your furniture. For a standard 3-seater sofa (roughly 180–200 cm wide), wall art between 90–120 cm wide works well. For bedrooms, match the width to about two-thirds of your headboard. We offer 9 sizes from 8×10 inches up to 60×80 inches, and custom sizes are available too. If you're unsure, share a photo of your wall with our team on WhatsApp and we'll recommend the ideal size.
Why is the size I received slightly different from what I ordered?
For famous paintings and classic artworks, we preserve the original aspect ratio out of respect for the artist's composition — we never crop the artwork. So if you order a 24×36 inch piece, you may receive a 22×38 inch version that maintains the painting's true proportions while keeping the same overall size area. This way you get the complete artwork as it was intended to be seen, not a cropped version forced into a standard frame size.
Can I return or exchange wall art if it doesn't look right?
Yes. We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for standard-size products. Custom-sized pieces are made to order and are not eligible for return, but we work with you on mockups and size guidance before production to make sure you're happy with the result.
Will this wall art withstand a restaurant environment with humidity and kitchen proximity?
Metal wall art is your best option for restaurants — it's moisture-resistant, easy to wipe down, and virtually indestructible in commercial settings. Glass is also excellent near humidity. For Canvas near kitchens, we apply a protective laminate that resists moisture. Many of our restaurant clients use our wall art in dining areas, bar zones, and entrance displays without durability issues.
