You can wipe it off with microfiber cloth or damp cloth with water and soft soap (shampoo). If your frame has canvas without glass, we recommend simply dust using a dry soft and fine brush. Refrain from using wood polish or cleaning sprays since this could potentially create moisture and possibly damage the artwork.
Dust your frames regularly to avoid the accumulation of dirt. If you want to disassemble the frame for an even more thorough cleaning, be sure to lay the various components onto a clean, dust-free towel or blanket. Make sure all components are completely dry before reassembly.

Any order above 18x24 inches is processed in pinewood since synthetic wood is not able to bear its load. Wherever applicable, acrylic glass is used instead of normal glass, for its ease of handling and recyclability.
Shipping time: It takes 3 business days to process the order as per your customization and shipping takes up to 5 to 7 business days. Bigger frames may take longer to ship and process, due to additional handling and care required to process such art pieces by hand.

How do I decide between Art Paper, Canvas, Glass, and Metal formats?
It depends on the look you want and where it's going. Art Paper is best for gallery walls and fine detail. Canvas suits traditional, warm interiors — think living rooms and bedrooms. Glass is perfect for modern, minimalist spaces where you want sharp colour and a sleek finish. Metal works brilliantly in offices, restaurants, and contemporary homes — it's also the most durable and moisture-resistant option. When in doubt, Canvas is the most versatile choice.
What is Art Paper wall art and how is it different from Canvas?
Art Paper is a museum-quality heavyweight paper with a smooth finish that produces sharp, detailed prints — ideal for photography, fine art reproductions, and gallery walls where you want a clean, precise look. Canvas has a textured surface that mimics the depth of painted artwork and comes gallery-wrapped on a wooden frame, ready to hang without additional framing. Art Paper is lighter and more affordable; Canvas feels more substantial and painterly.
Can I source wall art across multiple design themes for different client projects?
Our collection spans contemporary abstract, traditional Indian, botanical, geometric, minimalist, maximalist, and custom designs — available across all four formats (Art Paper, Canvas, Glass, Metal). We also offer customization on any design (colour adjustments, size modifications, format changes) to fit specific client briefs. Think of us as your flexible wall art sourcing partner rather than a fixed catalog.
Do you offer a trade program or commission for interior designers?
We work with 800+ interior designers across India and offer trade pricing, priority production, and dedicated account support. Our Art Points program tracks your referrals and conversions, giving you full visibility into attribution and commission earnings. Contact our designer partnerships team to get onboarded.
Does this wall art photograph well for marketing materials and virtual tours?
Our wall art is specifically chosen and printed for visual impact both in-person and on camera. High-contrast designs, rich colour saturation, and matte/satin finishes reduce glare in photography. Glass format adds a luminous depth that camera lenses pick up beautifully. Many builder clients select our pieces specifically because they elevate show flat photography for brochures, virtual tours, and social media.
Are the inks used in this wall art VOC-free?
Yes. We use exclusively water-based inks for all wall art printing — no solvent-based or UV-curable inks. Solvent inks contain organic chemicals that release VOCs (volatile organic compounds) into your indoor air for months after installation. Our inks are certified under OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT, confirming they contain no harmful substances. Zero chemical off-gassing in your space.
Are the wood and MDF materials in the frames safe?
Yes. The wood and MDF used in our wall art frames are specifically tested for formaldehyde emissions and VOC levels. We do not use wood-based materials with untested resin content. Our frames are finished with low-VOC coatings. MDF commonly contains formaldehyde-based resins that off-gas over years — a known carcinogen. Our materials are tested by Eurofins laboratories against international emission standards.
