Art Paper:
This is a type of paper specifically designed to capture the colors of art or posters brilliantly.

Canvas:
A superior medium compared to art paper, canvas is a museum-grade fabric that absorbs color and is capable of capturing art better than any other medium. It's no surprise that all famous paintings were created on canvas rather than paper.

Metal:
A durable and contemporary medium, metal prints bring art to life by creating a sense of depth and vibrancy. The colors are infused directly into a specially coated sheet of metal, resulting in an incredibly vivid and luminescent display.

Glass:
Offering a sleek and modern aesthetic, glass prints feature images printed directly onto the glass surface. This medium enhances colors, adds a sense of depth, and provides a stain-resistant surface, making it suitable for various environments.

Think of the difference in mediums as akin to the difference between an LCD TV (Art Paper), an HD TV (Canvas), and a 4K TV (Metal and Glass).

We recommend using canvas if you are installing art in prominent places of any living space, such as the living room, dining hall, reception, bedrooms, and the like. Metal and Glass can also be excellent choices for these spaces, offering a modern and sleek aesthetic. Art paper, on the other hand, may be more suitable for galleries, bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas.

Art + Frame Size:
The size quoted above is in inches for the art area of each frame, including borders if any. For standard frames, the final size would be the Art area + Frame width, which depends on the chosen framing style (ranges from 0.25 inches to 3.25 inches on each or either side). For frames rendered in real wood, the final size would be inclusive of frame width.

Orientation of Art:
If your art is vertical, the size quoted is in the format of Width x Height (e.g., 18x24 means 18 inches in width and 24 inches in height). If your art is horizontal in nature, the size quoted should be read as Height x Width.

Custom sizes:
We can make customized sizes as per your requirements. Just choose one size larger than your required size and add your size requirements to the order notes while checking out. We will trim it down for you to the size you want it to be. In such cases, the dimensions you specify will be followed in detail, including the art area and frame width. If you need super large sizes that you don't see on our site, please contact us.

Custom orientation:
Some art pieces can be installed in any orientation you want. While we ship the hooks installed on each frame in the same orientation you see in the product images, we can customize it for you on request. Please add the request in the order notes while checking out, and we will take care of it.

Aspect ratio of Famous Art pieces:
Renowned artists painted art in very different aspect ratios, and we respect that by rendering those art pieces exactly in the same aspect ratio in which they were painted. This means that these art pieces may come out to be a little differently shaped when delivered. Please contact customer care if you are confused about the size and need to plan your wall gallery area.

To convert product sizes from inches to centimeters, use this simple formula:
1 inch = 2.54 cm
Example: 8 inches x 2.54 = 20.32 cm
